We can only offer advice on where to go to get visas and passports/passport renewals but it is the responsibility of the traveler to do this.
We do not directly offer travel insurance but we can refer you to companies we trust. We do have stipulations on what the insurance must include so refer to our “Rules of Engagement” for those requirements. Travel insurance must be purchased within 7 days of booking or the trip will be canceled.
Our trips will be offered over a year in advance in most situations. If you can pay more in down payment and higher monthly payments you are welcome to book at any time considering there is space available. All trips must be paid off 60 days in advance, unless otherwise noted in the trip description.

Almost all trips include hotels, domestic airfare on international trips, and transportation. We can provide additional assistance booking flights.
YES! The first person to book each trip receives a $250 discount. Repeat customers may get discounts, upgrades or other special treatment.
Nope! We are here to provide affordable adventure travel that is accessible to most travelers.
Based on the type of travel we’ll be doing, pets and service animals may not be allowed.
Some countries have different rules about pets and service animals, we cannot allow that at this time.

Yes. Our trips have a variety of excursions and activities but if you’d like to do something different on your free day we’ll be happy to help arrange something for you.

Where possible the accommodations will be visited by a trip ambassador prior to the trip. If this isn’t possible we will do our best to vet locations based on quality and safety.
